The staff were helpful and nice and the location was PEACEFUL in the middle of jackson. The room in general was a nice size and fine.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Despite some minor inconveniences like a small bathroom and occasional hot water issues, the overall experience was delightful. The breakfast, although not perfect, offered a decent spread of dishes to start the day. The hotel's garden with its lush trees added a calming atmosphere to our stay. The pool, though in need of some updates, was still enjoyable. We had a minor hiccup during check-in, as the room with the view we had requested was initially not available. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and offered us the room we wanted, albeit at a slightly higher price, which we agreed to because the view was the main reason we chose this hotel. All in all, our stay at Guler Butik Hotel was a pleasant one. Despite a few drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for its stunning views, cozy rooms, and decent breakfast.

What a fantastic getaway! The hotel's peaceful location, nestled amidst the serenity of nature, was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains and fresh air, we felt instantly relaxed. The hotel's garden and BBQ area were delightful additions, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors. And the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including delicious Turkish pastries, cheese, and vegetables.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. The room we stayed in, located at the back of the hotel, was not up to standard.

the hotel was overpriced for the low quality and service offered. the room had a ripped bed cover and everything looked dirty. There were no facilities like slippers, water, or tea in the room. the staff was rude and unhelpful, often seen drinking alcohol by the pool. the breakfast was basic and lacked variety. the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a phone in the room and there was no elevator or staff to assist with luggage. Cons: Nothing, all great. 👍.
